When we at Falvey talk about our A-to-Z menu of services, it’s not just an idle claim. The Recoveries portion of ProTecht is proof. Working hand in hand with the Claims department, Falvey’s Recoveries experts are a tenacious bunch.

Once Falvey pays a claim, we don’t close the file. Many times, we are subrogated to our Assured’s rights and sue the responsible carrier in order to recoup all or some of our losses. Legal action is vigorously pursued as a matter of course, and many times our persistence positively impacts loss history, which could in turn reduce future premiums.

On the other hand, physical recoveries are somewhat more challenging, and rewarding. Imagine the satisfaction of locating a stolen shipment of circuit boards, or a lost batch of life-saving medicine. Because of our commitment to recovery, Falvey’s clients enjoy the long-term benefit of our reputation as a force that fights back. Even when goods have been slightly damaged, we do our best to find a salvage market for them.
