With a global reputation for prompt response and settlement, Falvey Claims Specialists are highly trained not just in cargo protection, but in customer service as well. As underwriting managers for Lloyd's of London, each specialist is authorized to settle losses up to $250,000 in-house. Claims in excess of these parameters are never wrapped in red tape. We still handle them in-house; a result of having designated contacts at Lloyd’s who work with us diligently to give prompt attention to larger claims.

Falvey’s strategic claims management is driven by our commitment to service and efficiency. Claims may be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone or fax. In addition, Assureds can report and monitor claims online, directly and securely, via Falvey’s Extranet, the portion of our website reserved for clients.
